The MSc International Human Resource Management (HRM) Master's degree is intended to provide graduates with skills in global human resource and people management. Entry Requirements
- A second-class honours degree or equivalent in any academic subject and seeking to pursue/continue a HR career.
- Applicants with appropriate work experience and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 or 5 qualifications will be considered.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) with no component score below 6.0.

Course Details

The final three months of the course will focus on a research project. The majority of teaching time will be in-person and face-to-face. Assessments include assignments, group presentations, and open book exams, allowing students to test their skills and knowledge informally before final marks. Feedback on practice and formal assessments is available to help students improve in the future.
