Strategic People Management PgDip

This course is approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to enhance career development in the people profession. It prepares students for the Advanced level standards of the CIPD new profession map and equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue Chartered Membership of CIPD. The course focuses on strategic thinking and understanding business challenges, preparing students for future careers in people management and organizational engagement. It is relevant to practitioners in public, private, not-for-profit sectors, and international HRM. Graduates with an enhanced professional profile and awareness of how HRM practices can add value to corporate strategy and improve work and working lives.

Entry Requirements

  • An Honours degree (2:2 or above) or certificate in Personnel, HR or Training Practice. Ideally more than two years' relevant HR experience.
  • Applicants with a significant amount of HR experience but no formal qualifications may also be considered.
  • IELTS is 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent will be considered acceptable.
