Strategic People Management PgDip

This course enhances your career development within the ‘people profession’ and has been approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) , the UK’s HRM accrediting body, to prepare you for the Advanced level standards of the CIPD new profession map and to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue Chartered Membership of CIPD. Entry Requirements

  • An Honours degree (2:2 or above) or certificate in Personnel, HR or Training Practice. Ideally more than two years' relevant HR experience.
  • Applicants with a significant amount of HR experience but no formal qualifications may also be considered.
  • IELTS is 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent will be considered acceptable.
