The LLM in International Corporate and Commercial Law is a specialized degree developed for law or non-law graduates to improve their analytical and problem-solving abilities in the regulation of multinational organizations and international commercial transactions. The course is based on a problem-solving approach and covers the legal laws that apply to multinational organizations and worldwide commerce. The course prepares students for the world of international corporate and commercial management through three themes: international, business, and social justice. Students can specialize in their field of interest by completing a custom core module and dissertation.

Entry Requirements
- An Honours degree (2:2 or above) in any subject.
- Other experience or qualifications that demonstrate appropriate knowledge and skills at the graduate level may be acceptable. Suitability for acceptance onto the course will be assessed through interviews.
- IELTS is 6.0 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent.
