International Business Law LLM

The LLM in International Business Law is a unique program designed to enhance analytical skills and expertise in the legal framework governing international business transactions. The course, delivered by a team of qualified academics, focuses on understanding the rules governing various international business activities, including cross-border trade, transnational carriage of goods, and international banking and finance. • An Honours degree (2:2 or above) in any subject.
• Other experience or qualifications that demonstrate appropriate knowledge and skills at the graduate level may be acceptable. Suitability for acceptance onto the course will be assessed through interviews.
• IELTS is 6.0 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent.
