Advanced Project Management in Construction MSc

This course is designed for professionals seeking to become project managers in the global construction industry and built environment. It focuses on acquiring advanced skills in process and production management, including planning, control approaches, procurement strategies, resource management, and information technology. The course also emphasizes Lean Construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to support successful project outcomes.
