This specialist business entrepreneurship and innovation course is designed to develop your entrepreneurial skills and help you start up or grow your own business. Career Prospects

Will I have a work placement?

Work placements are optional, and you are responsible for arranging your placement with support from the university.

Previous students have secured placement year at HP and University of Greenwich.

How long is my placement?

Work placements are 9-12 months of full-time paid work. You take this between the second and third years of study.

What are the financial arrangements?

UK placement annual salaries range between £13,000 and £18,000 pro rata. Some charity/voluntary work organisations offer travel costs and lunch expenses in lieu of a full salary.

What sort of careers do graduates pursue?

Graduates will be equipped to develop and run their own businesses as entrepreneurs. Other career options include general management, corporate entrepreneurship, management consultancy and small-business management.

Are internships available?

Internships are optional, and last for a minimum of six weeks. Gain a Certificate in Professional Practice and valuable employment experience before graduating.
