  • An Honours degree (2:2 or above) in  relevant subject
  • IELTS 6.5 (with no individual skill score below 6.0) 2 years before the course start date.

Course Details

The MSc International Health Services Management programme focuses on developing innovation, creativity, problem-solving, and judgement skills in business and health service areas. The programme includes taught modules such as Corporate Strategy and International Management, Finance and Accounting for Business, and International Organisational Branding. These modules help students understand the factors influencing strategy, leadership, and operations in an international business environment.
Subject-specific modules include Challenges and Ethics in Global Health Services and Strategic Management in Health, which help develop critical management skills for managing health services globally. Optional modules include International Entrepreneurship, Globalisation and Contemporary Issues in International Business, and International Business Principles and Practice.
Dissertation modules cover research methods and dissertation, analytical techniques, sampling approaches, and research ethics. Students will design research instruments, secure approval, collect data, analyze data, and write up their research. If completing with Advanced Practice, students will complete a 12-week internship. This program equips students with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance their prospects and make a professional impact on their future career.
