We are the only university in England to offer this master's degree in conjunction with NHS Blood and Transplant. The course addresses a knowledge and skills gap, fulfilling an urgent need to offer postgraduate study with experiential learning in support of developing laboratory advanced specialists. This master's is endorsed by the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT), a society of global transfusion medicine professionals, committed to enhancing transfusion practice.
