Top up your existing qualifications to an honours degree. Equivalent to the final year of undergraduate study, this top-up degree is aimed at students who have completed two years of business or communication studies with English at Level 4.

Our BA(Hons) International Business Communication top-up course is designed to offer you an integrated mix of business and communication modules. On successful completion, you will be awarded a full BA(Hons) degree.

This one-year course covers key disciplines and operational areas of business, with a specific focus on international business communication.

Entry Requirements

  • GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent. We do not accept Level 2 Key Skills, Functional Skills or Certificates in Adult Numeracy and Literacy as alternatives to GCSEs.
  • English Language Requirement:

    If English is not your first language, you will need to meet the UK Border Agency's and the University's minimum English language requirements such as the International English Language Test (IELTS) overall score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component.

You should hold an HND or Foundation Degree (or equivalent), or have successfully completed a course which is equivalent to the first two years of a UK honours degree
