International Business Management MSc

Our MSc in International Business Management program will prepare you for a variety of business roles in a global context.
You will gain the ability to think and work across boundaries and borders, preparing you for the changing role of business in today's interconnected society. You'll also learn how businesses adapt to new opportunities and challenges such as the Internet of Things, climate change, and international cultural differences.

Our one-year International Business Management MSc is designed to expand your knowledge of HR management, finance, marketing, strategy, and supply chain management in the context of international business.

Entry Requirements

A UK 2.2 Honours degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.

Evidence of satisfactory English language skills is required for international candidates where English is not their first language, such as IELTS – an overall score of 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening) or equivalent.

Course Details

In your first semester, you’ll explore areas such as leadership, financial reporting, the global digital environment and factors influencing economic growth.

In semester two, we’ll challenge you to apply, analyse and evaluate a range of strategic tools, models and concepts. You’ll also get to grips with international supply chain management, HR management in a global context and research methods.

In your final semester, you’ll complete a dissertation. We’ll assign you a supervisor who will support you as you critically review your chosen area of International Business Management.
