Core knowledge, understanding, and skills will be acquired through scheduled learning and teaching activities, including seminars, lectures, trips, scenario-driven workshops, and practice-based learning. You will be involved with practical exercises, including from our active law clinic or student consultancy firm Three sixty.
Your independent learning will be supported by the effective use of the University’s virtual learning environment, Moodle, engagement with the Industry, and guest lectures. This program builds on the undergraduate degree which uses a range of learning and teaching practices and incorporates a lawyer’s skills and attributes into the program.
