In conjunction with Secondary Lead School partners, the University of Chester offers Modern Languages (11-16 with sixth form enhancement ) as a subject specialism leading to the award of PGCE with QTS.

The Subject Enrichment Week for Modern Foreign Languages trainees has allowed individuals to pursue specific directed work in their chosen countries. Many trainees choose to visit schools abroad to look at how languages are taught.
