Year 1 (Level 4) will introduce you to subject-specific skills and key aspects related to the theory, practice and context of design and relevant technology. Year 2 (Level 5) will extend your creative language through the investigation of more complex problems, emphasising the needs of client and audience, and developing your knowledge and understanding of your relationship with current critical theory, research methods and practice. Year 3 (Level 6) will allow you to determine future pathways through live briefs, self-generated briefs, competition briefs, business planning, and your final show.
