Middlesex University's MSc Digital Marketing program prepares students for the dynamic world of digital marketing. Entry Requirements

  • Normally a second class honours degree or above in Marketing, or a business related field. Applicants without a business degree will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
  • A professional qualification of an equivalent standard is acceptable.
  • You are welcome to apply if you do not have a formal qualification but have extensive marketing experience.

    The most commonly accepted evidence of English language ability is IELTS 6.5 (with minimum 6.0 in all components).

Course Details

The MSc Digital Marketing program aims to equip students with critical knowledge in digital marketing for businesses in the digital era. It explores digital platforms and technologies, including search and display, while focusing on the future of digital marketing, e-commerce, creativity, innovation, and the growing importance of AI in marketing. The program ensures a smooth transition from academic study to the working environment, allowing students to evaluate complex situations, write clearly and analytically, synthesize information from various sources, and develop well-informed solutions to marketing challenges. Optional modules are available at levels 5 and 6, but not all courses offer them. Students will be asked to make their choice during the previous academic year, and if an optional module is not offered, the program will advise them after the selection period or at the earliest time the programme team makes the decision not to run the module and help them choose an alternative module.
