Condensing three years into two, our business management course will teach you the theory and practices behind business management. You’ll study the key functions of business and learn what factors contribute to success. Through analysing, planning and developing various business processes, you’ll grow the confidence you’ll need once you reach the industry.

You’ll learn to present your ideas and how to communicate business principals with confidence. Course Details

The BA Business Management (Fast-Track) program focuses on developing key business skills and experience, preparing graduates for the workplace. It focuses on understanding the operations of organizations, their functions, structure, and management, as well as the models and techniques used to achieve successful results. The Entrepreneurship and Small Business modules provide an excellent foundation for setting up and running a business. Students will learn to work effectively in teams, present and communicate business management ideas confidently, and develop specialist knowledge in stakeholder expectations, business environment, product design, production, and distribution, business resources, and business processes. The fast track programme is studied full-time over two years in an accelerated pattern, with four 30 credit modules each year during the Autumn-Summer semesters and two block-taught modules in the 'Summer School' block-taught format.
Optional modules are available at levels 5 and 6, but may not be offered on every course. If an optional module is not offered, the program will advise students after the selection period or at the earliest time the programme team makes the decision not to run the module and help them choose an alternative module.
