LLM International Commercial Law

This course primarily draws from the common law tradition, but it also seeks to offer the broadest perspective possible by giving students a foundation in international economic law and a modern economic and financial context. Become well-versed in international commercial law to attract employers as many companies rely on their capacity for international trade.
Explore the issues related to competing national jurisdictions, gain an understanding of the perspective of legal regulation of institutions and transactions, and develop a critical awareness of corporate, intellectual property, and tax law.

• A Bachelors Honours degree with 2:2 in any subject. 

• If English is not your first language you'll need IELTS (Academic) 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in all other components.
